Just trying to take a quick tally here, because it's relevant. How many people here have had previous encounters with worlds or dimensions that, uh... 'borrow' you for a while. Basically, is this your first ride in the multi-verse of fucked up stuff, or are you experienced. If the latter, what was the last place like?

I'll start. I'm David Alleyne, I spent several months in a city called Dualis. I heard from some people there that they'd previously been in other places. So I have to assume this just... happens.

Anyway, mostly asking because the more we know, maybe the better chance we have of getting home.

Okay, I agree to both of those things. Not that I was particularly trusting of our captors to start with.

Good to hear. Especially given this is a situation where we can't even look at the code of the AI overlord to see if it really is what it says.

Not that I'd be able to make heads or tails of the code even if we could look at it. Brainy would, but given how the last time he messed with AI turned out...

Yeah. And I don't trust this place to have left me with enough of my coding skill intact to be able to figure it out.

A fairy tale? Well, it is surely a tale... but I wouldn't classify it as something like that.

My world has stories of a girl named Alice who goes to wonderland from a silly place called England.

I am well acquainted with that Alice. Well, there has been 89 of them so far. And the current one is male I fear.
